Sonrise Faith Church was founded by both Pastors Fred and Judy Reinglas. They started off many years ago in the basement of their house back in Brooklyn, NY. As God began to do mighty works and wonders, the word quickly spread of how Jesus was alive and healing people at this house. It didn't take long before the house was overflowing and they moved to Staten Island to a much larger house with a basement that can hold  la lot more people.

They would stay and praise God until the sun came up in the morning! This is how the name SonRise originated.. the power of God was so mighty that no one could leave! After only a short time at this location, it was overflowing and time to move, so God provided the location we are in now at 2000 Richmond Avenue!

Years later, Pastor Fred went home to be with the Lord and Pastor Judy is pushing forward and still endeavors to show the love of God in her down to earth teachings that reach every type of person and each soul. It is her prayer that you come in and see the house that is known to be a house of Love for all.
